Get outdoors and on the water during KTP's Kayak & Canoe Demo Day at Spring Hill in South Berwick, Maine.

Only 15 minutes from Kittery Trading Post, Spring Hill in South Berwick, Maine offers an idyllic setting to test paddle kayaks & canoes before making that all-important decision on which boat would be best for your specific paddling needs.  Representatives from major paddling manufacturers will be onhand and available to answer your questions.

So here's your opportunity to try before you buy! 

Paddle the best & latest designs in kayaks from Perception, Wilderness Systems, Old Town, Swift, Dagger, Heritage, Hurricane, Feelfree, Wenonah, Ocean Kayak, Necky, Ranger, P&H, Current Designs, Venture Kayaks, Native Watercraft and Advanced Elements. Paddle canoes from Old Town, Ranger & Swift.

All paddling equipment will be furnished.  Please wear clothing & footwear that you won't mind getting wet.



Directions to Spring Hill
From Kittery Trading Post:
Take U.S. Rt. 1 South to Rt. 236 (Kittery/SouthBerwick). Bear right onto Rt. 236. Drive 11 miles through 4 sets of traffic lights. Take right at the stop sign (Rt. 4/Rt. 236). Drive to center of town, bear right following Rt. 4. Drive 1.4 miles to Pond Rd. Take right. Drive 1.3 miles, SpringHill is on left.

Back to Kittery Trading Post from Spring Hill:
Take a right onto Pond Road. Drive 1.3 miles to Rt. 4. Take a left onto Rt. 4 towards So. Berwick. Drive to the center of town, bear left onto Rt. 4/236. Take a left onto Rt. 236 towards Eliot/Kittery. Drive 11 miles through 4 sets of traffic lights. At the Kittery Traffic Circle, take I95/Rt. 1 North (Portland). Follow Rt. 1 North Coastal Route. KitteryTrading Post is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.

From South:
Take I95N over bridge into Maine to exit 3. Bear right onto Rt. 236 to So. Berwick. Drive 11 miles through 4 sets of lights. Take right at the stop sign (Rt. 4/Rt. 236). Drive to center of town, bear right following Rt. 4. Drive 1.4 miles to Pond Rd. Take right. Drive 1.3 miles, Spring Hill is on left.

From North:
Rt. 95 take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford, formerly Exit 2) off Maine turnpike. Turn right onto Rt. 109 for approx. 3/4 miles. Turn left onto Rt. 9. Continue on Rt. 9 until road ends at lights in No. Berwick. Turn left onto Rt. 4 for 5 miles. Turn left on Pond Rd. (after Save-on-Fuel) Go 1.3 miles on Pond Rd. to Spring Hill entrance.

From Dover:
Take Rt. 4 East (Portland Ave) for 4 1/2 miles to center of So. Berwick. Turn right on Rt.4 towards N.Berwick. Drive 1.4 miles to Pond Rd. Take right. Drive 1.3 miles, Spring Hill is on left.

From Rochester:
Take Whitehall Rd. by Frisbie Hospital. At end of road turn right onto Salmon Falls Road. Follow Salmon Falls Rd. to lights in Berwick. Turn left at lights onto Rt. 9. At blinking lights (Cumberland Farms) turn onto Rt. 236. Follow 236 to Center of So. Berwick. At junction of Rt. 236 and Rt. 4 turn left onto Rt. 4. Drive 1.4 miles to Pond Rd. Take right. Drive 1.3 miles, Spring Hill is on left.

From Sanford:
Take Rt. 4 to North Berwick traffic light. Continue on Rt. 4 for 5 miles. Turn left on Pond Rd. (after Save-on-Fuel). Go 1.3 miles on Pond Rd. to Spring Hill entrance.
