Introduction to Fly Tying

Join Scott Round for a great introduction to the fly tiers' art!

Fly Tying is designed for the novice tier and for anyone making their initial transition to New England specific freshwater flies. Focusing on the basic tools and technique of the art, we will be teaching the foundation skills of successful fly types and construction. We will cover the most common patterns and materials for freshwater flies and tie a number of the most trusted and time-tested New England flies for local streams and lakes. Each class will focus on a different fly pattern. Take one, or take them all!

All classes are taught by KTP's own Scott Round, an avid fisherman who has been fly fishing (both fresh and saltwater) and tying flies for over 30 years.

Class size limited to 12, advance reservations/sign up required. All tools and materials will be provided - just show up and have fun!

As of February 1, this seminar has been filled. Please call 888-587-6246 if you are interested in being put on a waiting list.
